- Debris removal of all materials and rubbish (provided in early phases also)
- Cleaning of all walls, moldings, trim, doors, shelving, and all fixtures; wipe down cabinets, drawers, and countertops
- Sweeping, dusting, and vacuuming of all hard and soft surfaces
- Detailed floor cleaning, waxing and burnishing; carpet vacuuming and cleaning, full sanitizing of kitchens and bathrooms, including cleaning of all appliances, fixtures, and switches
- High dust removal from exposed ceiling pipes, ventilation, and light fixtures
- Cleaning of all windowsills and window frames
- Window and glass cleaning including scraping and stickers/glue from glass
